	Simple Tax Returns

Simple tax returns are billed on a per form basis. Typical prices range from $70 for a simple return with 1040 and 511 pages 1 and 2 only, $130 for a return with W-2's and itemized deductions only, returns with business, rental or investment income generally run between $150 and $300.

More Complex Returns

Complex returns are billed at hourly rates. Currently, these are:

$85.00 per hour for individual income tax.
$125.00 per hour for partnership, corporate, and fiduciary returns.

If bookkeeping is required in order to complete your return, it will be billed at $35 per hour.

I reserve the right to determine which returns qualify for flat rate vs. hourly billing.

Payments

Payment is due before the return can be e-filed unless other arrangements are made in advance.
